Our commitment to you
Every puppy from American Mini Dachshunds comes with a written health guarantee. We want you to have complete confidence in your new family member.
What is covered
- Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of pickup or delivery, as confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.
- We provide a 1-year genetic health guarantee against life-limiting hereditary conditions diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.
- In the event of a covered hereditary condition, we will offer a replacement puppy from a future litter or a partial refund at our discretion.
What is not covered
- Illnesses or injuries that occur after the puppy leaves our care.
- Parasites (giardia, coccidia, worms) that may develop after go-home day.
- Conditions resulting from accidents, neglect, or improper care.
- Elective procedures or cosmetic concerns.
Your responsibilities
- Take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them. Failure to do so voids this guarantee.
- Provide proper nutrition, veterinary care, and a safe environment.
- Contact us promptly if you have any concerns about your puppy’s health.
How to make a claim
Contact us at info@savannahsminidachshunds.com with your veterinarian’s written diagnosis and documentation. Claims must be submitted within the guarantee period.
