Adoption process
- Browse puppies and find one you love on our puppies page.
- Submit an application via our puppy application form.
- Approval — we review your application and reach out within 24 hours.
- Reserve with a deposit — a $400 deposit holds your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Go-home day — remaining balance is due on or before pickup/delivery.
Deposit policy
A $400 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable. If we cannot fulfill your reservation, your deposit will be returned in full.
Payment
We accept Apple Pay, Chime, and Zelle. We do not accept cash for balance payments on delivery. We never request gift cards or wire transfers.
Pick-up & delivery
Puppies go home at 8 weeks or older. We offer:
- Pickup at our location (by appointment)
- Ground transport to your area
- Flight nanny who hand-carries your puppy in the cabin to your nearest major airport
Delivery fees are quoted at the time of reservation and vary by method and distance.
